Stories that need to be shared so that we can together let go and begin to live our best lives.  We have been internalizing the pain and shame because of the unconditional love we have (or had) for our loved ones and in turn, we have only created pain for ourselves by closeting our relationships.

This past June, 2021, I finally let go of years of internalized pain, shame and judgement.  Having had this opportunity to share my story, a new beginning has been birthed!  I now feel free to live my truth and I want to help you to do the same!  The gift of a new beginning begins by sharing our untold stories.
